Troubleshooting Around Known Issues

Issue: You may occasionally experience a challenge when trying to export a report to PDF. The icon sometimes does not respond.

Work around: Refresh the page and filter the report again. Click on the Export button. This should respond to export your file.

For offline applications, zip the GreatIdeasEducare directory on Drive C which contains a recent backup file and logs and send it to us via email (support@greatideasgh.org)
