Troubleshooting Around Known Issues
Issue:
You may occasionally experience a challenge when trying to export a report to PDF. The icon sometimes does not respond.
Work around:
Refresh the page and filter the report again. Click on the Export button. This should respond to export your file.

When there bugs or consistent errors, kindly send us an email via support@greatideasgh.org with screen shoots and dates of operations for us to track this activity.
For offline applications, zip the GreatIdeasEducare directory on Drive C which contains a recent backup file and logs and send it to us via email (support@greatideasgh.org)
