SBA Entries
After students' registration, the next activity will be assessment where marks are provided for the evaluation of students.
To record marks for students, the All SBA Entry feature enables the System Administrator to enter marks on behalf of the subject teacher.
However if you are subject teacher and wishes to record your marks or upload your assessment sheet, follow the instructions here.
Filter Criteria
Click on the All SBA Entries item from the Sidebar or Assessments card.
Next, click on the Filter Records button to show the filter criteria dialog box.
Select the Department and its related Subject and Class to continue. The Student Number field is optional.
Record Marks
You can manually enter students' marks serially noting the order of the names. Click on the next button to see remaining students. Click on the Update button to commit changes.
Note
Note that navigating back and fourth do not update your records until you click on the Update button. You will not loose the records either when navigating.
Upload SBA Sheet
When you export the SBA Raw Sheet, you can easily record the assessment scores for all students serially.
When using the exported SBA Raw Sheet, DO NOT modify any field apart from the class and exam marks columns.
Click on the Upload button to attach your file. Make sure to attach the right file to avoid any errors.
From the Upload File dialog box, click on Attach to attach your file and finally click on Upload to commit the changes.
The records will automatically refresh to display current records.
