SBA

This module is designed for subject teachers to record students' assessment scores and remarks.

When a subject teacher logs into the portal, notwithstanding the role given, the SBA module will be displayed in addition to other features or cards.

SBA Scores

Teachers who have been assigned subjects and classes will be able record assessment scores for students.

Click on the Scores item under the SBA module.

Click on the Filter Records to display the Filter Criteria dialog box.

Select the Subject and Class to filter for assessments.

Record Marks

Please follow the instructions here to record students scores.

Form Remarks

When a staff is assigned the Form Teacher of a class, the Form Remarks item is enabled in the SBA module.

Go through the records by clicking the navigation buttons to type in your remarks. Click on the Update button to commit changes.

House Remarks

When a staff is assigned the House master/mistress, the House Remarks item is enabled in the SBA module.

Go through the records by clicking the navigation buttons to type in your remarks. Click on the Update button to commit changes.
