Users
Users display the login accounts enabled in the system. This can either be a Staff or Student account.
Note that, you cannot a user through here. You should enable a user in either Staff or Student module.
Add User Roles
Click on the User Roles icon to display the User Roles page.
Click on the desired roles to be add to the user, and click on the Update Roles button.
You can similarly remove roles from a user by repeating the above step, that is, unchecking them.
Reset Password
If a user has difficulties in logging into the portal, the System Admin or any user with the Users permission can reset the password.
Click on the Reset Password icon on the Users page.
Enter the new password for the user in the dialog box.
Click on the Confirm button to reset the password.
