Cumulative Records

This section calculates all assessments records of students by finding the cumulative averages of Total Marks per Subject.

This action comes in two folds:

  • By Class
  • By Form

Cumulative Records by Class

This action calculates the cumulative records of all students in a class. If the students in the class have one or more forms, then the cumulative records of all the forms will be calculated.

To perform this action, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Assessments > Cumulative Records
  2. Select the By Class option
  3. Then select the Class from the drop-down lists to get the cumulative records.

Cumulative Records by Form

This action calculates the cumulative records of all students in a form. If the students in the form have one or more forms, then the cumulative records of all the forms will be calculated.

To perform this action, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Assessments > Cumulative Records
  2. Select the By Form option
  3. Then select the Form from the drop-down lists to get the cumulative records.

It is recommended to export the cumulative records to a spreadsheet for further analysis, instead of printing them. Depending on the number of subjects, the cumulative records can be very long and may not fit on a single page.
