Forgotten Password

When a user forgets or cannot login to the Educare account, you can click on the Forgotten Password button on the login page to reset it.

The Username is required to recover the password.

If you cannot remember your Username, contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Verify Code

When a valid username is entered, a 6-digit code will be sent to your phone number for verification as shown below:

Reset Password

After successful code verification, a Reset Password dialog box will be show to enter New Password.
